Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using an API key, installing an SDK, or otherwise using EOXScriptum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use EOXScriptum on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you have a separate written agreement with EOXLABS LLC for EOXScriptum, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. The service

EOXScriptum is an edge-native content runtime for creating, managing, delivering, and automating content. The service may include hosted APIs, admin tools, SDKs, generated content workflows, media storage, feed generation, caching, collaboration features, and integrations with third-party providers.

Some features may be released as previews, betas, or experimental capabilities. Those features may change, pause, or be removed as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and credentials

• You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, and access tokens.
• You must keep credentials confidential and rotate them if you suspect compromise.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information where required.
• You may not share admin access in a way that bypasses role, audit, or tenant controls.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content, media, schemas, prompts, metadata, and other materials you submit to EOXScriptum. You grant EOXLABS LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, cache, transmit, display, secure, back up, and deliver that content as part of operating the service.

You are responsible for your content, including its accuracy, legality, permissions, required disclosures, and any rights needed for media, trademarks, personal data, or third-party material.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use EOXScriptum to:

• Violate laws, rights, privacy obligations, sanctions, or platform rules.
• Publish malware, phishing content, deceptive content, or instructions for harm.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scan, or bypass the service.
• Use credentials, projects, or tenant data that you are not authorized to access.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use automated traffic in a way that degrades service availability for others.

6. AI-assisted features

EOXScriptum may help draft, rewrite, analyze, translate, optimize, classify, or generate content and media through AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.

You should not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential trade secrets, or content you are not authorized to process through AI-assisted workflows unless your organization has approved that use.

7. APIs, SDKs, and delivery

API keys are project-scoped credentials. You are responsible for using the correct key scope, securing keys, respecting rate limits, and not exposing private admin credentials in client-side code.

Content may be cached at the edge for performance. Updates, invalidations, and feed refreshes are designed to propagate quickly, but exact timing can vary based on cache state, integrations, and network conditions.

8. Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans, usage-based features, overages, credits, trial periods, and renewal terms are presented in the product or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, and usage generated by your account, including usage from automations and API keys.

9. Availability and changes

EOXLABS LLC works to keep EOXScriptum reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service level agreement applies. We may modify features, limits, providers, or infrastructure to improve quality, security, performance, or cost.

10. Third-party services

EOXScriptum may rely on third-party infrastructure and APIs for hosting, storage, analytics, email, AI models, image generation, payment processing, and other operational needs. Your use of those integrated features may also be subject to third-party terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. EOXLABS LLC may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that threatens the service or other users.

After termination, we may retain data for a limited period for backup, audit, legal, security, or billing purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Disclaimers and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOXScriptum is provided "as is" and "as available." EOXLABS LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOXLABS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
